Stuck on the East Coast craving a Cayman escape? Then this is your week. Through Dec. 8, Cayman Airways is putting fares between Washington, DC and Grand Cayman on sale to celebrate the carrier’s new non-stop, twice-weekly route between those destinations. Fares start at $99 one-way, based on round-trip travel between Dec. 13, 2008 and April 2009.
As an added perk, travelers who book flights and lodging through Cayman Airways will also be able to snag resort credits of $75 to $300, depending on the property they choose. The $300 credits are available at higher end properties, including the Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman and the Westin Casuarina Resort & Spa, while less expensive options like the Grand Cayman Beach Suites come with the lower $75 credit.
